Do the kids/adults get to dress up in costume?

Yoo Hoo, Beth!

They don't have to, but if the adults want to they are certainly welcome to dress up in costume. There are a few restrictions for safety that everyone is supposed to follow, though, but otherwise go for it!

Will my 4 year old be scared at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party?  Should I make reservations for this or not?

Yoo Hoo, rlt431!

Has he/she been out at night with you last year at age 3 to go trick-or-treating? I would think it will go fine, but you know your child best. Remember, the party is "not so scary"...

Thanks for your response.  I thought about
"Not So Scary".  Think I will go ahead and see if I can get reservations.  May be sold out.

I took my daughter when she was 5 and she was fine.  It's a wonderful party!  Make sure that you pack the costumes!

I just purchased tickets today for this for my 4 & 6 year old girls.

I read a nice blurb about it here:

http://wdwig.com/mnssh.htm

which sold me on going !

Thanks everyone.  I made my reservations yesterday for the party.  We will be there only for Oct. 3 and they still had tickets.  Appreciate all responses.

Maybe we'll see you there! Carol, Michael and I will be at the Oct. 3rd MNNSHP, too. We'll be staying at the Polynesian for that trip. Give us a call at the Poly and ask for us - - the switchboard should connect you and you can leave a message on the Disney messaging service.
:)

Rich:  Thanks for your response.  We will be at the Poly too Sept. 27-Oct. 4.  Saw a room opening yesterday for Lagoon Concierge so called Disney Travel and changed from a garden room to the Lagoon Concierge.  I hope I made the right decision paying $100 more a night.  Money wise shouldn't be going to DW at all, but couldn't pass up this deal.  Looking forward to the MNNSHP. Glad I made reservations.

Look us up at the Poly under Susan Thompson.  What dates will you and your family be there? :flag2:

We will be staying at the Polynesian and going to the Oct 3rd MNSSHP too! I talked to DH last night and suggested that we dress up from Peter Pan:

DH - Capt. Hook  :pirate:
me - Wendy
DS - Peter Pan
DD - Tinkerbell

See you there!
