I have a good story about a cast member that works in the customer service offices of WDW.  My dh and I went on our honeymoon and did the Honeymoon Grand Plan.  It was alot of money, but we wanted all the "stuff" that came with it, plus eating where we wanted to :)
We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge and when we got there, no goodie bag was to be found.  I asked at the concierge desk about this and they said that we were booked on the regular grand plan, not the honeymoon grand plan...Hmmm, anyway, we finally got the goodie bag but nothing in it was what we were promised when we signed up for the trip.  When we got home I wrote a letter to Disney explaining the situation and that I was a little disappointed not only because we didn't get what we were promised, but they screwed up our reservations in the first place.  Well, a wonderful CM called me right when she got the letter and said she was going to do all she could to get us everything we were promised.  We never did get the watches9which was the thing I really wanted...), but she gave us more than I thought we would get and she sent us $50 disney dollars!  She was so wonderful and so understanding!!!  When we booked our trip for this year she even called to make sure that the booking was correct and told me what all came with the package and said to call her if we didn't get everything.  How great is that??

When I went down in January, I was waiting for my daughters in front of the Fantasia 2000 building we were staying at.  When the girls didn't appear when they were supposed to, I headed back up to the room to retrieve them.  One of the housekeepers was waiting for the elevator with me, and we started talking.  She had asked me how I ws enjoying our trip.  I commented that I loved coming down there since I felt so comfortable in WDW.  I said it was almost like coming home.  She said, "You're right.  When you're here, you are family."  I just thought that was the nicest thing to say!  I didn't get her name, but it really made my trip.  :pixiedust:    :hearts:  :mickey:
