I know they make it snow during the Believe In Holiday Magic fireworks display. How do they make it snow? I mean is it just an illusion of glitter meant to represent snow or do they somehow make real snow fall?

(NOTE: If they make real snow fall please let me know but don't tell me exactly how they did it, I don't want the illusion ruined for me okay? :mickey: )

Hello,

Well the Snow Effect more real than just a confetti effect, but not like real snow.  Its closest to soap bubbles.  That is why is floats down more like snow flakes than paper.  Also for a few brief seconds on colder nights the "flakes" appear to coat trees and people.  If your interested in seeing pictures or the snow and or the machines that make it let me know and I will post some pictures.

Hope that helps,

WDW's snow is also the very thick bubble concoction that they use at DL :D....the only bad thing is trying to catch on your tounge like you might do with real snow :D

My turn to play with teh emoticons :)  :D  :lookaround:     hehehehehehehe

Hey guys,

Just posted a group of pictures that showcase what the effect looks like then a couple pages of pictures on what the machines that make the snow look like and how they are around the park.

Only ones I don't show are the NOS ones that are on the Fantasmic light towers, not sure why I don't have a picture of that...

Enjoy,

end
