A couple of weeks ago there was an advertisement on one of the Disney channels announcing that on a certain Friday there would be a lineup showcasing "all new episodes of.." and listed all the various new Disney-broadcast cartoons, and the ad specifically mentioned "and all new episodes of House Of Mouse". I turned on the TV the next day and searched high and low but couldn't find anything so I must have gotten the days or something mixed up. Whatever it was I was hoping to videotape it.
:unhappy:

So do you guys know when and where any of the Disney channels broadcast the new episodes of House Of Mouse? Is there a set time or what?

Sorry, I didn't know there were going to be any new episodes shown. I'd like to add them to my collection, too, if anybody knows.

I think I saw the tail (ha, get it! ) end of a new House of Mouse show on Toon Disney tonight. It was very close to the end of the show, but I didn't recognize it.

I saw that commercial again and wrote down the information it said.

All the new episodes of current shows, including House Of Mouse, are featured on a chunk of time Toon Disney calls "The New For You Show". It says "Fridays and Saturdays at 9/8c".

Well I have success.....sort of... :uhoh:

While I didn't get any response yet from Toon Disney, I did happen to accidentally turn on my television to Toon Disney last Friday night at 9 PM (that's Floridan time) by accident and discovered a NEW House Of Mouse episode called Halloween With Hades. It involved Hades dressing like Mickey Mouse (!!!!!!??! ) .

So okay they were right, there ARE new House Of Mouse episodes coming out. If you have DirecTV like I do, the name "The New For You Show" will NOT appear on the TV listing (I didn't expect it to), it will just say "House Of Mouse" for example. Whether or not new House Of Mouse episodes will always be shown at this particular time or will be varied is obviously uncertain.

But I did have some success at least in discovering what was going on

Success!

I just verified everything this weekend, yes they are making new House Of Mouse episodes! They show them on Toon Disney in the evening, the name "The New For You Show" will not be listed in TV Guides or on DirecTV schedules so be careful. So far they have shown two new House Of Mouse eps at 9/8c eastern time on the dot on both Friday and Saturday nights. They repeat the same new ep they showed on Friday on Saturday to give  you a chance to catch it, so if you can this is a great way to tell if the episode in question is one you want for your collection by viewing it first.

The one they are showing in 15 minutes or so as of this writing is yet another Halloween episode (what is it now, the fourth? fifth or something Halloween episode they've created?). Along with new in-between cartoon footage they will be showing the Mickey and Minnie version of "Hansel And Gretal" (an old clip, I believe) and "How To Haunt A House" (from the House Of Villains DVD) as well as an all-new "Pluto Gets The Paper" which is so far the weirdest one I've seen to date. The new footage involves Pete spending the whole show running around in his underwear - no I'm not kidding  LOL
And Mickey introduces the show with a Doom Buggy gag I enjoyed as well.
The only disappointment, Goofy appears for only two seconds total in this one's in-between footage! Of course I live for the ones where he's featured a lot instead of just incidentally.

If I keep catching these new ones on Fridays should I post what they are so Saturday-watching viewers will know what to expect?

(Note: I just corrected the time listing for the showings as I was in such a rush to post this I made a typo. Sorry for any confusion to anyone who might have seen this before the correction)

I just want to make sure everyone is clear about this: That is 9 pm Eastern time and 8 pm Central time. For Mountain and Pacific, check your local listings or zap2it.com.

That is an excellent idea!

And post the message in the TV forum.
