Wow!  I was just online getting my WDW fix for the evening and decided to go check out < disneyworld.com > and it is all spiffed up with new pics and portals.  Looooooking goood!  Even had a great video clip of Fantasmic!

Must be a July 1st changeover, huh?

Wow!!  I really like the new look and features that are great!  This is much better than the other look and easier to navigate.  Perhaps this happened to go with the new
Mission: Space ride?  Thanks for the quick report.

Boy! The more I got into the site, the more fun things I saw!  The video clips, especially now that we have broadband internet (whew! ), are really neat.  Yesterday I was showing my four year old some pictures, but now I can show him some video.  That might get him into it.  Right now he thinks that Disney World has people and food.  That's all.  Won't he be surprised!

I was almost late for a meeting this morning playing with the new Disney look.  I listened to several videos and I love how a box opens up with the maps.  Now I don't have to return to the page because it stays there!  I'll bet your two oldest might enjoy checking it out too.

I'm betting a lot of people are going to be late for things after they see the new site!

I wish I could get my two older ones even mildly interested in planning this trip.  They sort of get that glazed over look when Mom starts talking about Disney World...again!  I have given them "WDW 4 teens by teens" to read, and I get:  "I want to do the Tower of Terror, Test Track and Splash Mountain."  Is that all, I ask?  "I dunno."  I suppose they just don't know what info I'm after.

I read the description at TourGuideMike's about Fantasmic to my daughter and that piqued her interest a little bit.  I guess they will just take it all in when they get there and let me be TourGuideMom!

My son is the same way.  He just says, "Yeah, yeah, Mom.  That's okay with me."  No one but me does anything about the planning for Disney.  I have tried to get him excited too, but he isn't into that yet.  Come next Friday, then he'll be excited because we'll be leaving.

Are YOU getting excited, Sherry?!  It's so close, huh?  Are you already packed?  I bet you have this down to a system by now.

Being the teacher that I am, I am already packed with the exception of just a few things.  I AM getting excited because I love going to Disney!  The reason everyone is blase about the trip is because that's all I've been talking about for the last 3 months!  My daughter is even thinking she just Might go now.  Of course, she waits until the week before we go to tell me HEE HEE!  It just depends on whether she can find a friend to go with her for one week, it's not looking too good since most of her friends have just recently went on vacation (she and they were seniors this year and some of them went on the senior trip to Cancun (SP?).  I don't remember having wonderful trips like that!  We went to a local theme park for our trip when I was a senior.  By the way, I've thought of some more tips.  Do you want me to email you privately again?
