Does anyone know about Disney giving out free passes to DCA to people going to Disneyland?

Someone told me they went last week and were given passes to return another day to go to DCA for free.  I know they gave these out for a while, but what's going on now?

We have AP's but my in-laws don't.  We are staying at the DL Hotel for two nights in September and I'm wondering what kind of passes will be the best deal for my in-laws so they can go to both parks.  I already know about the three day park hoppers.  Anybody know how much they are or if AP holders can get a discount?  I thought I'd wait and see if they get free passes to DCA when they buy passes to DL...........  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Someone told me that Disneyland was still offering the 2-for-1 So-Cal deal along side the 4 days for $79.00 deal. The person who told me said they thought that the 2-for-one deal ended at the beggining of september. You may want to call Disneyland Customer Service to be sure. 714-520-5060.
