Hi,

I'm just wondering how long it would take to ride the entire resort monorail loop during afternoon hours. Like if I got on the monorail at the GCH, how long would it take for it to run all its rounds and come back again? Just a curiosity...

Maybe 20 minutes...but you have to understand that they might hold the train to load in people with disabilites or families with young children...it shouldnt add too much more time to the trip though :)

ask the CM at the station if you can ride in the front with the driver :) ...there should be room for four people at a time :) and there are big windows you can see out of :)

I think that is a very good guess but I may add on a little more time if it is a busy time of the year. Around the 4th of July week I would say they take about 3-5 minutes sitting at each stop so if you start at any of the resorts and went around back to the same resort you would stop at 4 other destinations before returning so just sitting could be 12-20 minutes not counting monorails backing up and waiting for another one to leave. Add on to that the trip itself which I would guess to be about 6 if it went non-stop. It is the stops that add up because the trip to Epcot is longer and only takes 8 minutes from station to station.
